The initiative seeks to promote citizen participation in the design of parks and urban green spaces.
Living Parks Laboratory is a series of Training Laboratories promoted by the Paraguayan Ministry of Urbanism, Housing and Habitat and financed by UNDP within the framework of the project "Asunción Ciudad Verde de las Américas - Vías a la Sustentabilidad."
Under the premise "accompany us to build the city we want", the call is addressed to independent people, neighborhood commissions, and other urban groups throughout the country interested in the ideation, construction, and management of their green public spaces.
Those interested in participating must fill out the form available at: https://lnkd.in/e7thv8N. After the registration period is over, the selected candidates will be announced by email that will also provide more details about the Training Lab.
The virtual training will allow participants to know different ways of influencing the management of the park, organizational strategies, and participatory design tools. The objective is participatory work in the design of parks and urban green spaces.
